Three loops in the Tyrrhenian Sea, each planned so that we sail three or four hours a day and always end in a sheltered bay. Every stop is a suggestion; wind and the group decide.

Tuscan Islands loop
Giglio's harbour village and its castle, Giannutri's Roman villa and empty coves, Elba's western bays under Monte Capanne. Distances are short, so there is time to swim before lunch and again before dinner. The right week for a first time on a catamaran and for anyone who wants sea more than sailing.

Sat: board at Argentario, dinner aboard. Sun: Giglio, Cala delle Cannelle. Mon: Giannutri, anchor for the night if the wind allows. Tue: crossing to Elba's south coast. Wed: Marina di Campo and the west. Thu: Elba's east, Porto Azzurro for dinner ashore. Fri: back across to the Argentario, last dinner. Sat: 9 am disembark.

Elba & eastern Corsica
Elba, then a real crossing to Corsica, then the granite coast south toward Porto-Vecchio and its lagoon bays. French food ashore, Italian food aboard. A week for people who want to feel they have been somewhere.

Sat: board at Argentario. Sun: Elba, south coast. Mon: crossing to Corsica, six hours, arrival at the Bastia coast or the eastern lagoons. Tue–Wed: south along the east coast, Solenzara, Pinarello. Thu: Porto-Vecchio bays, dinner in town. Fri: long sail back to Elba. Sat morning: Argentario, disembark. The crossing days are the two longest of any Oblige week.

Bonifacio & northern Sardinia
Starts under Bonifacio's white cliffs, crosses to the Lavezzi islands and the Strait, then works along Sardinia's northern coast: Santa Teresa, Capo Testa's granite, the northern bays toward the Costa Smeralda. Clearest water of the three; also the most wind, so the week is built around the forecast.

Sat: board at Bonifacio. Sun: Lavezzi. Mon–Wed: northern Sardinian coast east and back. Thu: Capo Testa, Santa Teresa. Fri: return to Bonifacio. Sat: disembark. Some marine parks in this area (the Lavezzi reserve, the Maddalena archipelago) restrict commercial boats and set fees and anchoring rules; where we can enter, park fees come from the cash fund; where we cannot, we sail past. We will tell you the itinerary limits for your week before you confirm.

Availability reads "Open" until a week is actually confirmed. We are a one-boat operation in our first season; we do not display counters or "last cabins".
